Plate sizes can help dieters control how much they eat. The results published in the archives of International Medicine are encouranging. After six months, subject using the plates lost average of 1.8 percent of their weight, compared with 0.1 percent loss in the control group. The dishes that are not selling in a small size are not just for people overweight, it could be for people who want to keep their weight.
